For Aromatherapy massage some items of clothing will need to be removed. However, you will be covered with a blanket ensuring dignity is maintained at all times.
For Reiki and Indian head massage there is no need to remove clothing.

We will discuss this at your initial consultation. Aromatherapy massage and Indian head massage would typically be recommended to have every 4-6 weeks.
For Reiki, we typically recommend initially weekly sessions for 4 weeks with maintenance sessions every 4-6 weeks.

Yes, anything we discuss during the treatment you receive is strictly confidential. Please also see my privacy policy for further details.

To get the most out of your session, here are some aftercare tips:

1. Drink plenty of water, as this will help to flush out toxins
2. Avoid stimulants, such as caffeine and alcohol
3. Eat nourishing balanced meals to support your overall wellbeing

We recommend waiting at least 2-3 hours following your massage. This allows your body to fully reap the benefits of the massage and oils.

Yes, you can. For example, you might want to have a back massage or Indian head massage followed by a Reiki session.
